How do I get access?
Create an account and log in to use the preparation workspace. Access is currently free while billing is disabled.
Is access free right now?
Yes. PilotSelectionPrep.com is currently free to use while subscription checkout remains disabled. There are no current subscription charges, renewals, or paid access durations.
Will paid subscriptions return?
We plan to offer paid monthly subscriptions in the future. Paid access will apply only after subscription checkout is enabled and the subscription terms are shown before payment.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Protected preparation tools require an account so progress, history, targets, and support messages can be saved to your workspace.
Product & Compatibility
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Yes. One account gives you access across supported devices. Use the same login details each time.
What does the product include?
The workspace includes the preparation library, assessment coverage, activity runtimes, walkthroughs, user guides, performance tools, and support.
Which assessments can I prepare for?
The workspace supports preparation across airline, cadet scheme, flying school, and pilot aptitude assessment paths. Use the knowledgebase and product pages to match your preparation path to the available activities.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
Use a modern desktop or laptop browser for the full training experience. Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox are the safest choices when kept up to date.
Can I prepare on a phone or tablet?
Phones and tablets are useful for reading guides and reviewing some content, but a laptop or desktop is recommended for timed activities, keyboard-heavy tasks, and realistic practice.
Do I need a joystick?
No. Most preparation can be completed with keyboard, mouse, or touchpad controls. A joystick can help with activities that mirror hand-control tasks, but it is not required to start.

Can I get a refund?
Access is currently free while billing is disabled, so there are no subscription charges to refund. If paid subscriptions launch later, the checkout flow will show the billing and refund terms before payment.
