Welcome to PilotSelectionPrep.com, operated as Pilot Selection Prep. These Terms explain how you may access and use the website, training tools, practice activities, support features, and related services (the Services).

By using PilotSelectionPrep.com, creating an account, or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms are effective from 3 May 2026.

1. Current access and future subscriptions

The Services are currently provided free of charge while billing is disabled. Free access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn as the product develops.

We plan to offer paid monthly subscriptions in the future. Paid access will apply only after subscription checkout is enabled and the subscription terms are shown in the purchase flow.

When paid subscriptions are enabled, payment will be handled through Stripe Checkout. Subscription access will start only after payment is confirmed by Stripe and recorded by our systems.

2. Account registration and security

You may need an account to use protected areas of the Services. Account authentication is handled through Supabase Auth and connected application records.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, except where the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Permitted use

The Services are provided for personal pilot-selection preparation, assessment practice, training planning, and related learning. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, copy, or bulk extract our content, question banks, runtime assets, explanations, scoring logic, or training materials.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass access controls, overload, probe, or interfere with the website, APIs, databases, or runtime services.
• Do not use the Services to build, benchmark, train, or improve a competing product or commercial training service without written permission.
• Do not upload or send unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or privacy-infringing content through support or account features.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using false, stolen, or misleading information.

4. Content and intellectual property

The PilotSelectionPrep.com website, original text, software, practice logic, interface design, data structures, and training materials are owned by us or licensed to us. Third-party names, assessment references, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own preparation. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not remove copyright notices, copy protected material outside normal personal use, or make our content available to another person, business, training provider, or public system.

5. Training results and no guarantee

Scores, progress data, targets, recommendations, explanations, and practice outcomes are training aids only. They do not guarantee performance in any airline, flight school, cadet scheme, aptitude test, interview, medical, or selection process.

You remain responsible for checking whether any information, exercise, or preparation plan is suitable for your circumstances.

6. Support and communications

Support is available through the site support routes and by email at [email protected]. We may use AI support, human support, and support transcripts to answer your requests and improve support quality.

Service notices, security notices, account messages, and billing messages may be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages.

7. Paid subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

While access is free, there are no subscription charges and no paid cancellation or refund rights to exercise.

When monthly subscriptions are enabled, the checkout flow will show the subscription price, billing period, renewal behavior, cancellation route, and any refund rules before you pay.

If a paid subscription is later introduced, you will be responsible for keeping payment details current and cancelling before renewal if you no longer want paid access. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, replace, remove, suspend, or stop parts of the Services. We do not guarantee that every feature, route, activity, question bank, result, or support integration will always be available or error-free.

We may update these Terms by changing this page. The current version applies from your next use of the Services after it is posted.

9. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, which providers process it, and what rights you have.

By using account, activity, support, newsletter, analytics, or future billing features, you understand that we process the data needed to provide and secure those features.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created security risk, misused content, abused support, interfered with the Services, or used the Services unlawfully.

After termination, your right to use protected Services and content ends immediately. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, privacy, misuse, liability, and dispute terms, continue to apply.

11. Links and third-party services

The Services may link to third-party websites or use third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, downtime, or content.

12. Liability

The Services are provided for preparation and educational support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, business interruption, selection outcome, assessment result, or loss caused by using or being unable to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not allow exclusion.
